Will my orders be saved for future viewing?
Yes. Your history of purchase will be saved for viewing only if you have registered and have signed in at the time of purchase.
Do I get a receipt upon payment?
Yes. A purchase receipt will be emailed to you once the payment has been made.
How can I know my payment is successful?
You will receive an email confirming your payment (purchase receipt). It may take up to 24 hours for your order status to be updated from pending to processing. Note that status viewing is only applicable when you have registered and have signed in at the time of purchase.
